I love Chrome. In 2004. My Chrome buckle broke, and they sent me a new one. Flash forward: my buckle broke. I had to buy the buckle and pay for shipping… and answer an email about whether I liked it. No.

I was looking for replacements for the buckle and saw that chrome offered these. Amazing, this company knows what we need if we ever need to di maintenance on our bags to make them last longer. Very sturdy.
