Odysea Stacked Hydro - Black

This hat was of great quality, but I guess I was one of the not so lucky ones to receive a quality control problem. One of the straps was stitched on slightly misaligned and I guess from wearing it for a couple of weeks the pressure was starting to pull the stitching apart. I discarded the hat and was later notified from Melin about my review. I stated exactly what was told above and was told “thank you for letting us know” and that was pretty much it. I would expect more from a company. didn’t think they would be so dismissive especially me being a new customer and first time buyer. I was actually considering to buy another one from this company until they reached out and I received the type of customer service given. Yes I do understand that things happen, but am unhappy with the item that I received and dismissive actions given to me as a customer let alone a new customer. Just wanted to take the opportunity and for warn others that this may be a possibility.

The Best Hats, Backed by Even Better Customer Service

I've owned a lot of premium hats over the years, and nothing comes close to Melin. The comfort, fit, quality, and attention to detail are second to none. This Odysea Hydro has quickly become one of my favorites. I even accidentally damaged my previous one (completely my fault), and Melin went above and beyond by making a one-time courtesy replacement. Their customer service is every bit as premium as their products. Don and the Melin team made me a customer for life. If you're on the fence because of the price, don't be—they're worth every penny. 10/10.

Quality

These are quality hats. If you’re looking for a trucker hat price you maybe shocked. Head band is heavier and holds more sweat. The snap back has flex to give the hat a more comfortable fit. UV protecting is great. Quality materials and swag lining make this no ordinary hat. This is my third Melin.
