I liked the idea of putting in your zip code but I can only pick up the fire and ambulance. Can't get any police calls. The instructions are a little difficult to follow and i don't have a list of frequencies to put in.I wish it was easier for me an elderly lady.

Seems to be what I wanted, still working on setting it up. I’ve called a few times for help and everyone is so helpful. Thank you
