Luisa Abram chocolates are always done well. This particular one has a smooth mouth feel and the citrus and honey notes come through amongst a chocolatey backdrop. If you're sensitive to cocoa butter taste, you can taste that, but it's a matter of whether it bother you or not.

Smooth and bright

I have never found a bar by Louisa Abram that I did not enjoy. This is no exception. If you like a smooth sensation from your chocolate, this one is for you. But don't let the creaminess lull you to sleep, this bar also has a bright pop of citrus notes followed by a soft almost honey like finish.
