The product is ok, but not as spicy as I had hoped. But my bigger issue was with the incredibly slow ship time and zero communication or transparency about the whereabouts of my order. I didn’t receive my order until 2.5 weeks after I ordered it. Which would have been ok if there was an explanation or reason (I know they’re a small independent company and things happen) but I reached out twice with no response. I won’t be purchasing from them again based on the customer service/lack of communication.
