Palm Tree Monogram Stone

I gave you my feedback on this Stone on multiple occasions. You can see the picture that you sent and it's not the Stone that I ordered. The stone I ordered had the peak on it. The stone I got was almost flat on top. I don't like its look. I think the other one is much more aesthetically pleasing and that's the one I ordered and that's not the one I got so I'm very disappointed in that. I've talked to your customer service a couple of times. I've written six or seven times and only gotten feedback twice and one of them was our Stones come in different styles. And the other one said sorry but our stones are all original and you can't pick the one you want. They showed me a preview of the one I ordered which was the one with the peak, the palm trees and the name Hoffman and I said yes. That's what I want and that's not what I got so I'm very disappointed in design a stone. I have purchased four stones total. Three were of the same peak design which is what I expected and was very disappointed in what I got
