Your return process is too harsh for virtual consumers. The vacuum zipper was too hard to open for me. I need to return product. One box came crushed. It wasn’t clearly stated that this piece had a 15% restock fee. Other companies let you return for no fee. It’s a much more customer friendly policy. Then I get an email that the return has to be made within 48 hours. I don’t look at my personal email that frequently. Unreal now what do I do. Too stressful for me. If this isn’t resolved I will contact the credit card company.

The quality of this product looks great! I haven't tried it out yet, but very excited to do so!
