Cost of procurement

The product, Sparkling Amber DME, was great. Good value for the price but to pay almost 3 times the cost to shiip it is not the way to keep customers. I found a local vendor for the same price (a little less) and did not have to deal with shipping costs.

BIAB booster

I used the 3# bag a week ago to provide a nice color and raise the specific gravity to 1.06. Worked as planned with vigorous fermentation from two packs of S04 yeast. Cheers.

I've ordered this product many times and it always makes great beer!
