Firstly, the attention of the company staff was first rate; dealing with a customer in the U.S. is not the easiest. Finally, the helmets, for our 2 cubs are exceptional; in graphics, novelty and "one of a kind" designs. Hard to put anything other than brilliant on the whole experience
