False Advertising

This product is advertised as an analogue to a hot stone massage. The temperature is imperceivable. I called Osaki because I assumed it to be an installation error. Not an error. The "heated" massage rollers go up to 80 degrees or so. Literally the ambient temperature of the room and 18 degrees below body temperature. Of course its not perceivable! Shame on you Osaki! This is not an error, this is a lie and you should be held to account for such a lie. Was told I would be contact within a few hours. It's been 24 hours. So the customer service lies, the advertisers lie.. Wondering if there is anyone with integrity at this company who will contact me before I escalate this matter to a courtroom?

Assembly not professional

Review This is my first purchase of a massage chair, and while I appreciate the overall experience, I have a few concerns I'd like to address. 1. Airbag Functionality (Right Upper Arm): It appears to be completely non-operational in day one. I suspect this may be due to an assembly ($250!!) error. I've tested it repeatedly, and there's still no airbag inflation in that specific region. I'm concerned about the quality of the assembly service and hope this issue can be resolved promptly. 2. Noise Level of Tapping/Knocking Functions: I've noticed that the tapping and knocking massage functions are significantly louder than the other massage techniques. The knocking sound, in particular, is quite disruptive and detracts from the overall relaxing experience. I'm wondering if this noise level is normal or if it could also be related to the assembly process. 3. Custom Massage Program Feature: I've been exploring the menu options, but I haven't been able to locate a feature that allows me to create and save custom massage programs. Ideally, I'd like to be able to save personalized combinations of massage techniques (e.g., "Favorite 1," "Favorite 2," etc.) to avoid having to manually configure my preferences each time I use the chair, especially when I'm not using the automatic modes. Is this feature available, and if so, could you please provide instructions on how to access it?
