2-PACK: The Coastal Curries

Fantastic

I have only made a Keralan curry but will soon be moving onto the Vindaloo. The quality of this product is second to none. Having taken the advice to use coconut cream instead of milk, the result was impressive. I used chicken, but will try fish for my next attempt. Beautifully packaged, easy to follow recipes, what is not to like. Being somebody who wants to learn more about cooking, and try different dishes, I cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely tasty curries

I used a 50/50 mix of coconut cream and milk in the Kerelan curry, otherwise the sauce was a bit 'thin'. Tastes excellent though!

Insane flavours
