I always thought that because I have a warm complexion, warm makeup would automatically suit me best. After trying the warm palette several times, I realised I just wasn’t excited by the results. So I started looking into which colours naturally brighten my complexion, and I learned something really interesting: having a warm skin tone doesn’t always mean warm makeup is the most flattering. Finding the cooler shades was a complete game changer—they made my features pop in a way I wasn’t expecting. ✨ One thing I love about ILIA is that there are so many beautiful shades to explore. Not every colour will suit everyone, and that’s completely okay. Sometimes it takes a little experimenting to discover what truly works for you. ILIA has become the mainstay of my makeup collection, and learning what complements my own complexion has made such a difference. ❤️

Wasn’t the results I was expecting

Eyeshadow goes all around my eyes and does not stay where I apply it. Instead of looking clean and polished it ends up looking messy.

I was looking for talc free eyeshadow and so happy I found this! Not sure if the staying power is great, but I prefer wearing good for me ingredients than ultra long wear.
