So versatile and glows under a blacklight!!
I thought it would look fun over some coordinating colors, but I noticed how bright the truquoise and green spots looked in the sunlight, so i grabbed my little blacklight flashlight, and POW my nails lit up like a rave. Here it is over black polish and the pop is spectacular.
