I’ve been trying out Rufolia Periorbital Eyemulsion for a few weeks, and I think it’s a solid option if you’re looking for something to help with dark circles and puffiness. The texture is light and not greasy, which makes it easy to apply. It absorbs fairly quickly, and I didn’t have any issues with irritation. I use it morning and night, and just a small amount is enough. After about two weeks, I noticed a bit of a difference—my under-eye area looked a little brighter and less tired. It’s not an overnight miracle, but it seems to work gradually with regular use.
