Great customer service!

The components worked as advertised. I'm happy with the rebuild kit. Something I'm even more happy with is the customer service. One up shipped my rebuild kit and it took a tour of the country. When I reached out trying to understand why it shipped from cali to Rhode Island and back they responded quickly and put another one in the mail that came a more direct route. Thanks again!

V2. 1 Dropper Rebuild Kit

The revised seal on the mid cap assembly is extremely challenging to get on the upper tube. Very, very tight. Hard to keep from damaging it. I used toothpicks around the seal to guide it on the tube while keeping it from folding over. That worked.
