No Alpha Acids

Got the hops and they did not indicate the alpha acids. It is rather difficult to brew with hops if I can't figure out my final IBUs. I also emailed Northernbrewer to find out the alpha acids and never got an answer. Sadly I will not buy hops from Northernbrewer again.

Excellent English Hop

I ordered 3 8 oz bags of Northdown. Each bag was foil lined and labeled. I'm not sure if they are purged of oxygen and or are filled with nitrogen. Fresh flavor and aroma from the bag. I've now used this hop on 3 different recipes with excellent flavor and aroma so the quality is very high. Northdown is one of my favorite hops - I've purchased a number of products from Northern Brewer, I'm in Southern California and the quality has always been excellent.
