Too small
The opening for your nail is so narrow that you can’t get your nail into the clipper. Luckily I got these 40% off during Black Friday so not worth it to return but not a good set of clippers

Not good for natural nails
I was placing a DD order shortly after my very old nail clippers broke, so I added these on with trust in the DD brand. The clippers I had before were generic and cheap (but from over a decade ago when basics were more reliable) and they did not leave a harsh edge to the nail. These do, so flat-edged that they're snaggy. I have to anticipate a lot of filing to get a smooth edge after using these, cannot make little cuts to shape with the clipper, lightly file, and go. I've used this to trim down Magic Press, they're sharp enough but they leave a very harsh angular edge. Again, a lot of filing is required after using these on Magic Press, to be expected to an extent with any clipper. I'm not desperate enough to replace them (yet) and they do cut, I just dislike the finish they leave especially on natural nails. I assume these are well-designed for Glaze, which I believe is meant to be filed after trimming and curing. But these are marketed for use beyond Glaze and I think they're are less ideal for other uses. I've never thought there was anything special about my previous clippers, but compared to these they must have left a slightly tapered edge. Or maybe these cleave the nail such that the layers separate slightly at the edge on a microscopic level. I have no idea what's going on, I just cannot Stand how my nail edges feel after using these.
