Santa Fe Culinaria Blue Corn Pancake Mixes

Good, easy breakfast

I keep this on hand. Much better than regular pancakes - not so sickeningly sweet. We love them with maple syrup and fresh blueberries or strawberries

Nice taste and texture

This produced a delicious, well formed pancake. I just had blue corn pancakes on the Navajo reservation and these were just as good. My daughter, however, didn't like the pinion nuts. The packaging should include a recipe for the entire bag.

Wonderful flavor!

I first bought this pancake mix while vacationing in New Mexico. After getting home and making them for breakfast one day, I couldn't believe what wonderful flavor it has. I love the flavor and and texture. It makes regular pancakes taste hollow and flavorless after having these. Wish I could buy it locally.
