great product. easy to assemble. received many compliments. shipping worked. tracking worked. contacted the company with a question and received excellent response and follow up from a real person.

Product is great, have multiple sizes. shipping is a pain, disorganized and always a week or more late than they say it will be.

Took a few days for the UV Protection oil to dry, but once dried, the assembly was easy. Even with there was quite a bit of nuts and bolts, my experience was it was totally manageable and fast. It was suggested to coat the exterior with the UV protection product to protect and enrich the wood color and character. It does look very nice. The oil product supposed to reduce aging also... only time will tell. Will report about this in a year.
