I bought this pack months ago, and am still using it. A little bit goes a long way! I also bought the sprouting jar from this website and they are a good combo. Alfalfa is by far the quickest, easiest and longest lasting of the spouts I've tried. They have a very light flavour, so it's easy to add them to most meals. I tend to top my salads with them. Buying these seeds is definitely more cost effective than buying them already sprouted, and they taste fresher too!
