I actually do think that buying a day time and a night time pair of blue light blocking glasses from this company has helped me to get a better night’s sleep which was the reason I bought them - I’m definitely sleeping better and even if I do wake in the night I can fall back asleep more easily than I could before I got the glasses - they seem good quality and people tell me that they look good - I’m happy ! great glasses for the day

I love my new glasses, I'm very light sensitive as these yellow lenses are perfect for me for the day. It took me a while to find the right frames but now I am really happy with these, they are a lovely shape and also have them in the evening lenses.
