I had this on for a week before I noticed my plants looked healthier, even my fraile spider plant was coming back to life. If my plants are doing well from this, that's a great sign for me on how good it works.

Lovely amber glow

I used this a bit differently than it's intended use. I lit up a glass sculpture I have in my living room. It's so cosy and I can really feel the difference in my body without the blue light. I still have ordinary bulbs in some rooms and it feels abrupt when I use them now. One thing that I noticed is that it seems to get hot to touch when in use. Overall, enjoying the feeling of this frequency of light.

Very relaxing, still will provide you light to see around, and the accent it made is perfect
