I no longer wear any other bibs when I go for a ride. These are by far the best. I only wish that all versions of the bibs had the two small pockets in the back.

They are tight.

I wish I had heeded the reviews about them being tight. I always wear medium in my other Black Bibs so I took a chance. Yup, definitely should have gotten the large. They are really nice and warm.

Really wish these came in a tall size

The knickers are good for what they are, and fit is pretty consistent with other Black Bibs products. I really REALLY wish these came in a tall size though, with the longer shoulder straps... the tall sizes are a key advantage that Black Bibs has over other competitors, but I am super bummed that the extra-long straps are not available for the winter / thermal kits. I usually wear an XL Tall for the normal bibs... for these thermal knickers, I also got XL and it fits ok, albeit with some tightness on the shoulder straps. I did try an XXL, but it got too baggy in the stomach area... so sticking with XL. Part of me wants to return these knickers because the fit is far from perfect for a tall rider... but I also know that these are my ONLY option for thermal bibs without going into the super high $$, so I'm sticking with them, kinda grudgingly. PLEASE consider making tall size / extra-long-should-strap thermal bibs??
