A treat but less than special.

The chocloate chip loaf arrived with out the chocolate chips. Main part of my order was cancelled as product on website unavailable (still displayed in email advertising) order not processed for four days and took seven to arrive. Underwhelming flat and unevenly baked. Tasted alright.

Excellent customer service! She was extremely helpful and reply all my calls for an express Chocolate Chip Loaf (which was delicious by the way). I will order more things soon for sure!
