Excellent cake.

Excellent cake, both in terms of texture and taste.

Has a pleasant sweet and ginger taste , with no aftertaste, i just didnt enjoy the texture, very dense and heavy , i wont purchase again, but i do enjoy some other items in their range that i would buy again, arrived promptly and well packaged.

Delish, every bit as good as 'regular' ginger cake
