This is a replacement that was not covered under warranty. This was no fault of Bulletpoint, it was out of their warranty period. I have been so happy with this mount/accessories and will always recommend!! Wish you could purchase a warranty since it is electric.

Changed from magnetic to motorized cradle

I have been using the mag safe holder with charging in my 2025 f350 dually since purchasing it last year . Love the rubigrid mounting , the issue I had was the dually rides so rough over bridges and things, my phone would always fall off and into the floor board at times . Finally switched to the motorized cradle mounts and couldn’t be happier. Thank you
