Carbon footbed cracked after 10 months which is not good enough for a top tier product at this price point. Bont did not replace under warranty and suggested I must have had a crash which was extremely frustrating. There is plenty of wear and tear on the upper which is totally expected after 10 months of use but the failure point should not be the carbon footbed. The crack is on my left shoe which is the one I clip in and out when stopped and the crack was right on the ball of my foot with repeated flex. I'm not a sprinter so it's definitely not from any huge forces going through the shoe. Really disappointing customer service here to put the blame back on me. Other than that the matt finish is hard to keep looking bright white and clean. Also, the upper contacts the bottom of the crank every now and then which eventually starts to pull the upper away from the carbon footbed and looks ugly. Could be a design improvement there at the interface between the upper and footbed
