Good option!
I have really like flatbacks for my cartilage piercing. I find they do not get as irritated as easily and are more comfortable. It is pretty hard to put in, especially for a cartilage piercing just because it's an awkward spot inserting it from the back. I have also had to buy multiple because they get pulled out by my hair a lot easier than other studs. But I still purchase more so overall a great option.
