What a relief
Having pierced my helix just recently, I could only sleep on one side but it was killing me. This pillow was a lifesaver! Super comfy

this is really comfy compared to a regular neck pillow that i was using, my only complaint is that i wish it was a little thicker since my ear often touches the pillow below it and i have to move around a bunch to get comfortable. otherwise i love it!!

Horrible and made my newer earrings swollen because the hole was not big enough. Definitely recommend neck pillows instead.
