Marine Crossover Single Burner Firebox

Outstanding Customer Service

It's highly unusual to find companies that care a lot about their customer service these days. I'm happy to report that's not the case with Magma. The Crossover Single Firebox I bought for my boat earlier this year wouldn't stay lit. The least of a puff of wind would blow it out, and sometimes, it didn't even need that puff - it would just go out on its own. You had to keep it on "high" to use it, and even still, it was slow to heat when it did work. And I only used the grill - I never would have been able to use the pizza oven I'd also bought. I finally emailed and let them know what was going on, and received a near-immediate response. Five days later, I had a new firebox. I got it installed two days ago, and it's a game-changer. My grill now heats to 300 degrees in minutes - and not only can I adjust the flame, I have to turn it down once it reaches cooking temp... I've cooked steaks, burgers, and chicken on it, and I am very impressed. It even worked in a pretty stiff wind the other day - never went out. I haven't tried the pizza oven yet, but I'm 100% certain it's going to work perfectly. I can't recommend the system highly enough and I can't say enough about the quality of customer service at Magma. Thanks so much for caring!

Replacent Crossover Base

The folks at Magma have been great! I had an issue, they resolved it promptly, no questions asked. I have the plancha top, grill and griddle and love them all. 5 stars
