Good quality unit

Pros; Overall I like the unit and it works well. I would recommend this unit to my friends. The firebox is well built with good quality materials. The shipping container was sturdy. I had an issue with the regulator and they addressed and fixed the problem immediately. Five stars for the quality and customer service. Cons; The cons are minor . The shipping costs are ridiculous. Buying from a third party saves a lot of shipping costs. When I had an issue that I thought could be resolved by replacing with a new part but they sent me a whole new unit.

Had issue with ignitor and temp dial. Replace the whole firebox no questions. 2-3 years old. am impressed

Excellent again. This is my third burner. I still have them all. Customer service is one of the best on the planet. They take care of issues even when I don't buy directly from them...Who else does that?
