The belt I ordered was 40” and it is too long for a tapered belt. I am at the last hole. I need to return my belt and get it replaced with a 38” one.
Please let me know how to do a RGA to send the belt that I have and get it replaced with a smaller size.

These are top quality belts that never fall apart. I used to go through other belts every 6 months. I have Hank's belts that are worn every day and are still like new. Worth the money, easy transaction, ships as advertised. You will not be dissattisfied!

I doubt that I will order another item from your company. Your belts are great but not worth the hassle of waiting almost three weeks to get it while following the USPS trail of highly frustrating arrivals and departures from USPS facilities that I could drive to quickly rather than waiting over 2 weeks to receive this anniversary present for my husband which was not on time for the anniversary celebration. I suppose that I am spoiled by the fast service of Amazon and Wal-Mart but it is very vexing to know that it is not necessary.
