the whole purchase process was easy. No glitches. After the purchase, I received the item fast. Leather quality feels great. I have only used it for a few times but it feels well made and that it will last for a long time.

This is a beautiful belt and very well made. This is my fourth belt from Hank’s and I expect them all to last for a long, long time. Plus, Hank’s customer service is exceptional.

The quality of the belt is fine . But the carrier you use for two day shipping : UPS did not deliver it until 4 days later . So we did not have the gift for Father’s Day , very disappointing.
In addition to that UPS did not have our address correct and delivered it to the wrong address . We were able to recover it , however it soured the entire purchase and experience .
I hope moving forward you choose a different carrier for expedited items .
