This granulated onion is excellent. It has a rich, true onion flavor and makes everyday cooking so much easier. I have used it in soups, sauces, vegetables, and meat dishes, and it adds great depth without any prep work. Savory Spice granulated onion has a more robust, fresh aroma than most I've tried and that caries over to it's flavor as well. I wouldn't hesitate to get this again when I need a refill.
