Not what I was expecting

When I ordered this I thought I was ordering another one like I already had! Instead I got this one which is bigger but doesn’t carry the wipes and pills. I like that it is bigger but like the smaller one because it’s light and everything is in one little package. I haven’t gotten a chance to try them out yet but will soon.

Doesn’t come w/ plastic insert to cover sharp edges.

Decent idea, but without the plastic insert to cover the sharp edges, it’s not very useful/practical to carry. I assumed that was part of the shovel. It’s not & doesn’t appear you can buy the necessary cover separately.

Great customer service

I was accidentally shipped the wrong item but after reaching out, the sales team shipped out the correct item plus an additional item to make up for the mistake. The pact trowel is a quality product, good hand feel and digs a hole real quick!
