Overall good medicine cabinet but plates on both sides (left & right) are hard to install and it detached easily. The corners of the mirror are sharp.

Bought 2 of these for master bath remodel. The quality seems high. They feel very solid and high end. Love all the features like interior light, interior outlets to charge my shaver, and the good functioning exterior light with intensity and color temperature customization. Also, customer service was very quick to respond and deal with an issue. They sent the wrong model of one and quickly sent a replacement. There are a couple down sides that we found. First, while you can turn off the blue LEDs on the front that control the lights, you cannot turn off the clock or dim it. The LEDs for the clock are very bright. Our master bedroom is open to the bathroom so there was a very bright light emanating from there that made it hard to sleep. Luckily we found a good solution. They make dimming film that is precisely for dimming LED lights. After we applied that over the clock the brightness is at an acceptable level, and it actually looks like it came that way. The other issue is the electrical cord in the back. We recessed these in the wall. The depth of them is such that there is zero space between the back of the unit and the drywall behind them. Yet, the cord comes out of the back. So, we had to hand chisel out some drywall to allow enough space for the cord to exit.

The cabinet is terrific. BUT the digital display has lost three characters. An 8 looks like a 5. This is not a survival issue, but a minor P in the A.
