Very Unhappy Customer

I don’t like giving poor reviews but this purchase has been a terrible experience after initially paying for this sauna. First complaint came from being told I would receive it within 2-3 weeks which it took over 2 months to be delivered to me. I was told by the shipping company that I would need to have a fork lift available with 8’ forks to unload the sauna. That’s not free curbside delivery as described in the company web site. Also the shipping company never called for an appointment to deliver it and never even call prior to delivery as promised. 2nd complaint is that once I opened the crate that there was all kinds of small and large pieces of wood that had no labels or number written on them making it hard to know what was what. 3rd complaint is that the instructions for putting this unit together SUCK. Everything is in metric and is lacking crucial information like what pieces corresponds with was numbers. The written instructions are totally useless. I was better off using the website and looking at pictures to figure out where and how to put it together. 4th complaint is that the pictures don’t match up with the pictures on the instructions, for example: the fascia boards had to be spliced together being there wasn’t any boards long enough to put across the front and back of the sauna in one piece, the front of the patio entrance was 3 pcs of dark wood and not 4 boards of the same species used in the floor of the sauna. 5th complaint is the instructions for installing the windows and door. The instructions and pictures don’t even show how to completely install them. They only share how to fasten the trim boards to the outsides of the frames. 6th complaint is that they don’t even provide torq bits to use with their fastening screws. You need both 20 and 25 torq bits to use their fasteners. 7th complaint is that there’s not any videos on how to install this unit and the sales person is aware of this issue being the written instructions are ineffective for the DIY home owner. Over all the quality of the wood is not impressive being that some of the boards have splits and are warped making it hard to install. The all-tread rods for holding the walls together are cheaply made and one of them wasn’t long enough to reach down the wall to get the nut on it. I would like to have something positive to say about this purchase but I don’t have anything positive to say other than my sales person Ariana was good about returning my calls within 24 hours. The last negative thing in my opinion is that the roofing material isn’t up to standards. It’s a cheap rolled on roofing material which I chose not to use. I installed first an underlayment, then a drip edge and finished it off with an architectural roofing material on this install. Once I finish installing the heater and the rest of the electrical, hopefully I will be able to enjoy it. Stay tuned… Tempe, Arizona

Beyond happy with the HUUM Heater!!

This is the best decision to get this quality heater in my otherwise poorly built sauna. I’m in there every single day and absolutely ADORE THIS HEATER. It is very hot and the remote option is a dream… I set it before arriving home and jump in before bed. Highly recommend. The shipping was swift and worth every penny!!! Great customer service too! Next time I’ll get my SAUNA from this company as opposed to the one I chose… thank you for being on top of everything including the last minute help installing it.
