I received 1 out of the 2 necklaces that I ordered. The 1 that I did receive I am pleased with. I was told they would send out a replacement necklace for the one that didn’t arrive but never received it & I am not able to get into contact with anyone again. So that is very disappointing because one of my sons got his chain for Christmas & the other one did not.

This is a very nice chain and cross, unfortunately, a little too small for our 20-year-old son for what he wanted. Prestige jewelry was very helpful in finding the right length chain, dimension of chain, and also a larger cross. We were able to return, and they immediately shipped out the better option. Highly recommend!
