The initial order got hung up and wasn't moving, probably due to the holidays, but Prestige resent the chain again. I received the chain and had it inspected at the local jeweler. The chain was as described on the website. So far, each person I meet says, "that's a beautiful chain." I just placed my second order with Prestige and hope it's delivered the first time so I can give them 5 stars. Overall, I'm happy with Prestige and feel the previous shipping issue was usps's fault.
