Real Solid 925 Silver Rope Chain 20in 3mm

Chain came in bent and the packaging left a lot for desire. Will be reaching out to company to rectify. Lots of shine in the chain itself and it has a nice lobster clasp that looks secure. I feel the damage to the necklace has to do with the way it was packaged. Had it had a larger box the chain wouldn’t have been able to wrap itself up against each other randomly the integrity of the chain would be intact

I ordered a 1 20” and was sent an 18” very disappointed
