Lovely by itself
this is my evening drink now, I don’t need the honey, I add a tiny bit to raw cacao, as its very tasty by itself. I do sometimes combine the Raw Cacao with it.

A spoonful every other day
Like to add it when I have my cup later in the afternoon as cacao in the evening is still too strong for me and I won’t sleep. If I have a lot of action around me, it is my go to. Usually every other day.

Calm and Clarity
I'm loving the Vital Rest! I tend to do some work at night as the world gets a little quieter with less disruption, and I focus better. I've noticed a difference with the Vital Rest, which definitely calms my mind and helps me focus without stressing. I also find that falling asleep is not difficult, even with working before bedtime, and that is a huge help. I mix it with the ceremonial cacao, some milk, and honey. Tastes rich, chocolatey, and creamy - yum!
