Honey’s are often too sweet for me, so I was very keen to try this one out not only for its many healthy properties but also in the hopes that the addition of lemon myrtle would be a game-changer. I was not disappointed, and will gladly have a teaspoon of it straight out of the jar. It’s beautiful, the added flavour such a fitting contrast. I love it!
