fantastic customer service, some of the best i've experienced ever. the stereo was easy to install, and setup, although a better operators manual would be nice. Big heads up if you have an apple device running iOS26 and newer, getting it to connect wirelessly was an absolute pain in the behind. you will need to reset all your network settings and then connect to the stereo from the CarPlay menu in general settings only. then it might be ok.

Works well as advertised, good setting options as well and nice and big. Very happy
