The best week ever!
I just completed the 5-day baking course at Le Dolci in Toronto and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment we started, time flew by — a true sign of how much fun I was having. Our instructor, Chef Vanessa, was absolutely lovely. She was patient, kind, and brought such a warm, sweet energy to the entire experience. You could tell she genuinely cared about helping each of us grow, no matter our starting point. What made the course so special was the mix of people — from total beginners who had never baked before to more seasoned bakers looking to fine-tune their skills. No matter your level, it felt completely relaxed and judgement-free. We laughed, we learned, and we left each day with a sense of accomplishment (and delicious treats to show for it!). Thank you, Le Dolci and Chef Vanessa, for creating such a supportive and inspiring environment. I found my new hobby and I’m already excited to keep baking. If you’re considering this course — do it! You’ll absolutely love it.

I have completed several classes, including the adult bootcamp, chocolate masterclass level 1, and a five-day cake baking and decorating masterclass. I highly recomend both the classes and the instructors-- chefs Vanessa, Imke, Inci and Stephanie. Their expertise, friendliness and helpful guidance ensured a thorough learning and experience. They taught us techniques and informations on creating flaky pastry crusts like those for apple pie, croissants, braiding challah and babka, creating delicious ganache and baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes. The pastries and cakes (buttercream) were delicious! I had a blast! Thanks Lisa, Hellen and Le Dolci.

5 day cake masterclass
I recently participated in the 5 day cake masterclass and could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. I was fortunate enough to have booked into a smaller class size which was very nice. We each had our own work station, ingredients etc. There was a lot of information to take in and things to learn over the 5 days, however chef Imke was amazing. We were also sent all the step by step recipes we would be using to review ahead or to have for at home use. It was great to first watch our chef step by step and then to have all the supplies at our reach and use the skills taught for our own creations. Everyone was so friendly and accepting and all run out a very nice space that accommodates for beginner and above. Thank you so much again, I cannot wait to come back.
