One was good, One was ok.

The second armrest I ordered came in a heavily damaged box. It was not fully assembled like the first one and had a missing screw. Not a big deal, but it meant a trip to the hardware store to buy a replacement screw, which is time out of my work day. Overall, I like these armrests. They are very handy and pretty heavy duty. I would buy again.
