Cork yoga mat is great addition to Man Flow Yoga. Comfortable and makes it easier to do movements with marks on Yoga mat. Extra large blocks come in handy when needing support at a level when the regular blocks are to low.

This bundle has changed my opinion about yoga gear. I've used other products in the past and they were too soft. Unable to truly support my body as they were built for a much smaller person. The cork products are a game changer for me. I can do poses while getting the stability and support that I need while maintaining by comfort level.
