Instructor (Meagan) was fabulous, she took the time to show us each technique. We had a wonderful Saturday morning and will be looking for another class soon.

Nice class but our cookies burnt

The instructor was very nice but unfortunately my moms , mine and even my sisters cookies were burnt. They were the last to go into the oven. My moms were very burnt and hard. The instructor gave my mom some of his cookies to decorate and we decorated ours. He gave us two free doughs to take and do at home with icing , which was great, but the idea was to leave with cookies iced and done! Bad luck I guess for us but a little disappointed.

Cookie decorating class enjoyable

Megan taught us the basics of making sugar cookies and royal icing (including copies of recipes) and it was an enjoyable class. We also learned several techniques for icing sugar cookies including flooding and some icing patterns (e.g a wreath)
