I love mine, so I bought this one as a gift.

I love this dry body brush which I bought for myself a few years ago. It is a wonderful back scratcher and easy to take apart and clean the soft bristle attachment. I recently ordered one for my son-in-law for his birthday and wanted to ship it directly to him. Somehow I failed to change the shipping address and it was going to ship to me instead. I was able to reach Heather in customer service on the weekend and she promptly contacted the shipping department and changed the shipping destination. I was so impressed by her quick response and gracious manner in helping me - especially on the weekend!!
