Confusing L, R connections
I had to consult an AI to figure out L vs R and how to connect dords to earpiece. Directions are practically "microscopic" fonts as well as the inadequate illustrations details. Needs major improvement. We all don't have high powered magnifying glasses. Even with that, the directions are unacceptably inadequate.

Very good quality
Audio quality is excellent! The IEMs fit perfectly and look nice and professional. A bit of a hassle with untangling of the wires, but doable.
