Allegro® 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat

Lovely, one minor inconvenience at set up

I am really enjoying the Allegro 2 with Tower. Seems very high quality. One minor inconvenience I experienced during set up, specifically when adding the leg kit: it seems that in production the hex bolts attaching the original feet were overtightened to the point of being nearly stripped. Luckily, I was eventually able to get these bolts successfully backed out and proceeded with assembly. Though I seriously wonder if a less technically oriented customer would have been able to carefully do the same without worsening the stripping. Would just want to remind the assembly team that hand tightening bolts which are critical for subsequent assembly steps is very important.

Mat was damaged

This is my second allegro 2. The first one has a cut in the corner of the mat. I assumed it was my fault. On the second one, I didn’t use anything sharp, the cardboard is completely ripped by hand. And the mat has a cut in the exact same spot.
